Get Your Body Back
Web: https://mutusystem.com
I mean literally. When having a baby, your body is not just yours. It is 9 months of changes in your body in order to grow the baby. Then the labour. Then all the crazy nights and days without much time to recover. For most of us, our bodies are very different after the baby (even if we don't think so). It takes some time to feel like old us again.
I'm not talking about loosing weight - but about getting our physical strength back. Not having a back pain, having strong pelvic muscles and no gap between our abs.
I underestimated it. I felt OK, but all the weakness showed up when I wanted to start running again. I was not OK no matter how much I wanted. The more I tried, the worse it was getting.
MUTU system is very efficient and nicely presented training program. It takes 10-20 minutes a day, from zero fitness level to nice sweaty cardio. It saved me.
From a Nappy to a Potty
Book 8: Nappy Free Baby
This is a lovely book full of very interesting information. However, I didn't follow it - I read it when Zoe was almost a year (practically too late for this book) and even if I had read it earlier, I wouldn't have had time nor energy to practise this.
I can imagine that it's definitely possible with some babies, but not with all of them. So again, interesting reading, but not for everyone.
Book 9: Oh Crap! Potty Training
I've read four books about potty training in total. Half of them were such a crap - not giving enough troubleshooting information or focused on older kids only.
This one is the best one by far. You can use it from around 18 months. With younger children it takes longer. But it's possible. Don't believe that it's not possible or healthy (disproved myth). It won't be in two days, but you can do it.
We did it t 19 months in 10 days. Yes, 10 days is a lot, but it saved us huge amount of trouble and nappies.
